SSC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit governed by a volunteer Board of Directors working in partnership with the City of Southlake. The Board of Directors is composed of five officers elected at the November Annual Meeting every even year. The officers appoint additional directors to serve on the board in a variety of capacities.
